The Doll in the Garden

Ashley and her Mom just moved into a new house that is owned by a grumpy women Ms.Cooper. It was not very fun, but the life is normal, until Ashley and Kristie(a neighbor friend) found a doll in the garden. They decided to keep the doll and make it theirs own. But the old owner wants it back, eventhough she was dead before they even were born.

Ashley look like a tough girl from the outside, but she is very soft. Her dad died, so she has to live without the love of her dad. Her live change a lot after her dada die and they have to chnage house, but it's change even more, when she found the doll Ann Marie.

An old and small house with only two floors. Outside is a garden with a mystery black thorn bush. On the other is a baned forest where Loussia(the ghost girl) live with her aunt.

I love this novel, this is one of the best novel I've ever read. It gives me a chill in my bone but also a bit of a sad feeling for the characters. The description are very detail and the way Mary Downing Hann wrote the story just stop me from letting the book down.
